Customers are responsible for checking the legality of the products in the delivery country before placing an order. Paradox can not accept responsibility arising from the legality of the products or customs issues.
As a UK based company all products Paradox sell are legal in the UK.

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in (£) Sterling. Currency conversion should be used as a guide only. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Paradox have cleared in full.

All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. Our return address is displayed on the reverse of the package as 'PDX 169a BH1 1JU United Kingdom'.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Paradox reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delivery Schedule

UK orders are delivered within 5 working days of payment receipt* using the fastest available method and requiring signature upon receipt. (currently charged at £3.95)

Overseas orders are dispatched using Royal Mail ‘International Signed For; (priority handling)' and require signature upon receipt. This service can take between 5 to 14 working days depending on the location. (currently charged at £7.95 for Europe & £9.95 for non-EU)

* We do not deliver to PO Boxes
* Cheque clearance is required before dispatch of order
* Should the required item be unavailable for any reason, customers will be informed immediately and advised of alternative products.

*working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT for orders made from the UK or the European Union, All other orders are VAT free.

In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are faulty or of the wrong specification, please notify us immediately and we will arrange a refund or exchange of goods. The refund will be carried out as soon as the goods have been recieved and checked.

In the case of a fault, some goods, like electronic scales, will be sent to the manufacturers for further testing.

Please note that you will have to bear the cost of the return postage and ensure that there is sufficient insurance to cover any damage which may be sustained in transit as it will be customers responsibility until we receive the goods.

Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be given for used products. Any used products returned will be disposed of upon receipt.
