Making A Purchase & Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Customers are responsible for checking the legality of the products in the delivery country before placing an order. Paradox can not accept responsibility arising from the legality of the products or customs issues.
As a UK based company all products Paradox sell are legal in the UK.

Please note that all card transactions will be carried out in (£) Sterling. Currency conversion should be used as a guide only. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with the order details and order reference number.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, Western Union or Postal Orders (UK Only).

Postal Orders are only accepted for UK orders and should be made payable to 'Paradox' and sent to:

Delivery

The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Paradox have cleared in full.

All orders are dispatched in discreet packaging. However our return address is displayed on the package.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Paradox reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delivery Schedule

All orders placed before 4:30pm are dispatched the same day subject to product availability.

UK orders sent by Royal Mail 1st Class usually arrive in the next day or two. Compensation is not available, recommended maximum order value is £35.

UK orders sent Next Day Delivery must be placed by 4:30pm and are subject to stock availability. These will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked or Parcel Force depending on the weight of the order. A signature maybe required upon delivery. Saturday delivery not guaranteed.

Overseas orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or a courier service. Delivery times vary per country and service requested.

Compensation for lost packages is not always available. For more information please read the information on our Delivery Options page.

* Should the required item be unavailable for any reason, customers will be informed immediately and advised of alternative products.

Paradox cannot be held responsible for packages stopped and confiscated by customs. It is the customers responsibility to check the legality of the products in their country before making a purchase.

Paradox cannot be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions. Please check Royal Mail Service Update for notice about current delays and suspension of 'Next Day Guarantee' terms.

Tax Charges

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current UK rate of 20%. Order placed for delivery outside the EU are not charged VAT.

Your information provided to us during the ordering process is protected by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is assured. We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
