this was the 1st cookery reference book i ever bought, i bought it years ago from a local shop. its a small book but full of very useful information including parts of health and safety if you choose to indulge in the activities written about, how to measure correctly and several different techniques. a very good book for novices and experts alike. with funny illustrations of the demented rabbit/squirrel...thing (still not very sure what it is haha!) brings an element of humour to informative text within. alway will be a classic favorite.
